混凝土搅拌站废弃泥浆水的回收利用

Comprehensive utilization of waste muddy water in concrete mixing station ,can both to reduce environmental pollution but also reduce production costs to a certain extent. Based on the new and old waste water slurry for chemical analysis and concrete containing waste mud tests,identify the law on how the different concentrations of waste mud affect the workability and mechanical properties ofcon-crete,suggest how to use the waste mud rationally. Finalized achieve harmless to the environment and zero discharge of waste production in concrete mixing station.%综合利用混凝土搅拌站的废弃泥浆水，既能减少对环境的污染又能在一定程度上节约生产成本。通过对新、旧泥浆水中废渣进行化学分析，运用废弃泥浆进行混凝土试配等方法，找出不同浓度的废弃泥浆对混凝土工作性以及力学性能的影响规律，并对如何合理利用废弃泥浆提出建议，最终完成混凝土搅拌站绿色环保、实现废弃泥浆零排放的目标。
