不同温度下混凝土干燥过程试验初步研究

         

摘要

Temperature is one of the main factors influencing the concrete dry. Determining reasonably the drying temperature is very significant for the study of water influence on concrete test. Standard cube concrete specimen was used to be experimental material,con-crete specimen was dried in electric drying oven with forced convection under the 150,120,105,85,60 degrees. Quality change of con-crete specimen was recorded in the drying process. Quality change of concrete specimen was recorded in the drying process. So the change rule of concrete specimen quality along with drying time history was found. On the basis of existence form of concrete moisture,concrete dry state under different drying temperature was analyzed,and then mechanism of final concrete dry state under different concrete drying temperature was explained. Research shows that form of concrete loss moisture and quantity of concrete loss moisture,reached drying regime were all different. The higher drying temperature existed,the shorter drying time required,the more quantity of concrete lost,the more form of concrete loss moisture,the more dry basis moisture content measured.%温度是影响混凝土干燥的主要因素之一,合理地确定干燥温度对研究水对混凝土影响试验具有重要意义。以混凝土标准立方体试件为试材,分别设置150、120、105、85、60℃5个温度干燥水平,采用电热恒温鼓风干燥箱对混凝土试件进行干燥,记录干燥过程中试件的质量变化,得到不同干燥温度下混凝土的干燥质量随时间的变化规律。结合混凝土中水分存在形式,分析不同干燥温度下混凝土所达到的干燥状态,解释不同干燥温度对最终干燥状态的影响机理。研究表明,不同干燥温度下其散失水分形式、失水量、干燥速率、所达到干燥状态均不相同。干燥温度越高,所需干燥时间越短,水分散失量越大,水分散失类别越多,所测干基含水率越大。
