激发剂对砖粉泡沫混凝土性能的影响

摘要

废砖的主要化学成分为二氧化硅，通过化学手段可以激发其活性。以石灰、石膏、氢氧化钠作为活性激发剂，通过对砖粉泡沫混凝土抗压强度、表干密度、吸水率性能的测试和研究，分析了3种激发剂对泡沫混凝土性能的影响，试验结果表明：掺入25%左右的石灰可在保证泡沫混凝土表干密度的基础上提高其抗压强度；掺入20%的石膏可使砖粉泡沫混凝土的强度及表干密度比较稳定；NaOH 的掺入使泡沫混凝土出现速凝，不宜单独作为激发剂使用。%The main component of waste brick is silicon dioxide,chemical means can make brick active.It used ground quick lime,gyp-sum powder and sodium hydroxide as the activator,through the study of compressive strength dry density and water absorption on waste brick dust,analyzing the effect caused by these activator on waste brick dust foam concrete.The results indicated that mixing 25% quick lime could improve the compressive strength and ensure the dry density meet the requirement;the dry density and compressive strength could be ensured when 20% gypsum powder was mixed;mixing sodium hydroxide was going to lead foam concrete quick hydration reac-tion,it was unfit for using as activator alone.
