混凝土中卵石与浆体间界面黏结强度试验研究

     

摘要

The mechanical property of concrete interfacial transition zone(ITZ)has been the key to composite materials research,is to determine the main factors of material strength and durability.Through embedded different size natural cobble in different strength grade concrete,after standard curing,drawing test with MTS hydraulic loading system,and obtain the interface bonding strength between the cobble and the paste to represent the mechanical characteristics of cement paste and aggregate interface transition zone.From the macro to get the size and regularity of the interface bonding strength between cobble and slurry in the concrete:the bonding strength between cobble and slurry along with the increase of concrete grade,and the bond strength is about 5.5% ~12% of concrete strength.Cobble size influence on bond strength is relatively small,also can explain the relationship between interface transition zone and the strength of con-crete.%混凝土界面过渡区(ITZ)的力学性能研究一直是复合材料研究的关键,也是决定材料强度和耐久性的主要因素。通过在不同强度等级混凝土中预埋不同粒径的天然卵石,经过标准养护后,采用 MTS 液压加载系统进行拉拔试验,获得卵石与浆体之间的界面黏结强度来表征水泥浆体与骨料界面过渡区的力学特征。从宏观上得到混凝土中卵石与浆体之间的界面黏结强度的大小及规律:卵石与浆体之间的黏结强度随着混凝土等级的提高而提高,且黏结强度约为混凝土强度的5.5%~12%;卵石粒径对黏结强度的影响相对较小,也从侧面说明界面过渡区强度与混凝土强度之间的关系。
