掺偏高岭土超高性能装饰混凝土的研究

         

摘要

It mainly studied a new type of artificial decorative materials-ultra high performance decorative concrete′s production process,process parameters,curing conditions,compressive strength,flexural strength,drying shrinkage,and compared the effect of the different aspect ratio and different content of glass fiber,basalt fiber,PE fiber and PP fiber in the vacuum-vibration-extrusion molding method on ultra-high performance concrete(UHPC).The results shows that the decorative panels using vacuum-vibration-extrusion molding method have a faster molding process,and a higher compactness,and better physical and mechanical properties than natural stone and other characteristics and so on.Within a certain range,the pressure of the forming process becomes bigger,the specimen′s compactness and strength will be gradually increased too.In this experiment,with the same length diameter ratio and the same fiber content,the dry shrinkage of the glass fiber UHPC was smaller than the other fiber reinforced concrete,and its compressive strength,bending strength is slightly larger than the other UHPC.%主要研究了一种新型人造装饰材料——超高性能装饰混凝土的成型方法、工艺参数、养护条件、抗压强度、弯曲强度、干燥收缩等性能,并比较了不同长径比及不同掺量的玻璃纤维、玄武岩纤维、PE纤维和PP纤维在真空-振动-挤压成型方法中对超高性能混凝土的影响.研究表明:用真空-振动-挤压成型法制作的装饰板材有成型快、硬化快、脱模快、密实度大、物理力学性能优于天然石材等特点;一定范围内,成型过程压力越大,试件密实程度及强度也逐渐加大;相同长径比、相同掺量的玻璃纤维UHPC干燥收缩小于其他纤维混凝土,抗压、弯曲强度大于其他纤维混凝土.
