复合侵蚀性介质作用下隧道衬砌混凝土的病害检测评估

         

摘要

The detection and evaluation of the lining concrete of a highway tunnel in Chongqing is carried out by using ground penetrating radar detection technology.The evaluation results show that,LK22+400~+605,LK22+635~+708,RK23+619~+795 on the tunnel vault,multiple longitudinal shear cracks or voids,multiple seepage and seepage marks,part of primary support in steel support,two lining without reinforcement,its evaluation for B.On LK22+367,LK22+389,LK22+400 tunnel,crack or void in part,primary support steel brace,two lining without reinforcement,its evaluation for the 2A,for the tunnel LK22+605~+635 section,there are 4 cracks or voids,of which there are 2 lengths greater than 5 m,part of primary support with steel support,two lining without reinforcement,will assess the arch for seepage 1 A,the assessed value,determine the Chongqing tunnel lining concrete current technology status of 2 A,according to the judgment standard of special inspection of the results of specification,evaluation results for tunnel lining concrete disease situation is very serious,should be take measures to strengthen the tunnel lining.Through testing and analysis,the state of the concrete in a tunnel in Chongqing is accurately,scientifically and comprehensively grasped.%采用探地雷达检测技术,对重庆某公路隧道衬砌混凝土的病害进行了检测和评估.评估结果表明,对隧道LK22+400~+605、LK22+635~+708、RK23+619~+795段,拱顶多处纵向剪切处裂缝或脱空,多处渗水及渗水痕迹,部分段初支内有钢支撑,二衬无配筋,将其评定为B;对隧道LK22+367、LK22+389、LK22+400处,出现裂缝或脱空,部分段初支内有钢支撑,二衬无配筋,将其评定为2A,对于隧道LK22+605~+635段,有4处裂缝或脱空,其中有2处长度大于5m,部分段初支内有钢支撑,二衬无配筋,部分段初支内有钢支撑,二衬无配筋,将隧道拱部渗水评定为1A,对各项评定值进行综合考虑,将重庆某隧道衬砌混凝土的劣化等级评定为2A,按照规范判定标准,评估结果为隧道衬砌混凝土病害状况非常严重,应立即采取措施,维修加固隧道衬砌.通过检测、分析和评估,对重庆某隧道砌混凝土的的技术状态进行科学、准确、全面的掌握,为隧道加固设计和养护决策提供了科学依据.
