再生大骨料自密实混凝土路面的力学性能试验研究

         

摘要

For enhancing the utilization efficiency of demolished concrete and reduce the energy consumption,the hydraulic hammer will be the old concrete pavement broken into large aggregate particle size of 150~300 mm,and high pressure water cleaning,pouring 30 mm self-compacting concrete cushion in first after tamping on the foundation when construction,and then backfilling demolished concrete to form accumulation,will with and without the expansion agent of self-compacting concrete is poured into the accumulation forming pavement,the strength of self-compacting concrete specimens and apparent performance of the pavement at different ages were measured respectively.The experimental results show that the compressive strength of recycled aggregate concrete pavement can be higher than the original pavement strength of concrete,the strength of the self-compacting concrete block is reduced by 30.6%,and the strength of the recycled aggregate concrete pavement is only reduced by 5.4% with adding expansion agent of 6%,and the crack condition of concrete pavement mixed with expansive agent is obviously better than that without admixture.%为提高废弃混凝土的利用效率并有效降低能耗,采用液压破碎锤将旧混凝土路面破碎成150~300 mm粒径的大骨料,并用高压水流清洗,路面施工时,先在夯实后的地基上浇筑30 mm的自密实混凝土垫层,再回填废弃混凝土以形成堆积体,将加与不加膨胀剂的自密实混凝土灌入堆积体形成路面,养护并分别测定不同龄期的自密实混凝土试块及路面的强度和表观性能.结果表明:再生大骨料自密实混凝土路面强度可高于原路面混凝土强度,在6%的膨胀剂掺量下,自密实混凝土试块强度降低了30.6%,而相应的再生大骨料自密实混凝土路面强度仅降低了5.4%,且掺加膨胀剂的路面裂缝状况明显好于不掺的情况.
