基于三角模糊数的高效多属性群决策方法

             

摘要

Multi-attribute group decision-making has a wide range of applications in the field of decision making. For the convenience of decision making in the decision-making process,the decision maker’ s evaluation of the alternatives is usually given in the form of real numbers. However,compared with the attribute evaluation information in the form of real numbers,linguistic expressions can not only meet the decision maker’ s habits but also describe the properties of the scheme. In this paper,attribute evaluation information for scheme is multi-attribute group decision-making problems with linguistic expression. In view of above problem,it converts language information into triangular fuzzy numbers to resolve the uncertainty and improve the reliability of choice firstly. Then,by reference of the Skyline the-ory,the uncertain service Skyline set is built to reduce the search scope in order to improve the efficiency of scheme selection. Next,TOP-SIS method is referenced to select the scheme from the Skyline set and obtain the optimal scheme which reflects the user needs. Finally, the example demonstrates the superiority and efficiency of the approach proposed.%多属性群决策在决策领域具有广泛的应用,在决策过程中为便于决策,决策者对备选方案的属性评价通常以实数形式给出,然而相对于实数形式的属性评价信息,语言短语既符合决策者的习惯又能很好地刻画方案的属性。文中针对方案的属性评价信息为语言形式的多属性群决策问题,首先将备选方案的语言评价信息转化为相应的三角模糊数形式,以解决其不确定性,进而提高对最优方案选择的可靠性;接着借鉴Skyline计算的思想建立基于备选方案全集的不确定方案Skyline集,缩小对最优方案的搜索空间,提高方案的选择效率;接着借鉴优劣解距离法(TOPSIS),对不确定方案Skyline集中的方案进行选择,获得体现群体用户需求的最优方案。最后,通过实例分析验证了该方法的可靠性和高效性。
