大型金属桁架雷达罩桁架综合优化仿真

             

摘要

关于雷达罩性能优化设计问题,大型金属桁架雷达罩是雷达的保护伞.针对雷达罩与天线伺服系统的相关性,为使雷达免受恶劣自然环境的影响,提高雷达的工作性能,提出采用金属桁架雷达罩建立仿真模型,首先利用matlab软件,获得满足电学性能指标的雷达罩金属肋尺寸范围,然后再使用ansys软件组合进行仿真.仿真结果获得了金属肋的最优尺寸,既满足雷达罩电性能要求,又满足雷达罩结构强度要求,同时还能达到精简用料,节省费用,方便安装的效果,改进方法对于实际制作金属空间雷达罩设计具有重要的参考价值.%For radome and antenna servo system, in order to protect the radar from the impact of the harsh natural environment and improve the performance of the radar, this paper designed a simulation model of the metal frames radome. First, we used Matlab simulation to obtain a size range of the radome metal rib to meet the electrical performance, and then we used Ansys to further optimize the result of the simulation. At last, we obtained the excellent size of the metal rib which can meet not only the requirements of electrical performance of the radome, but also the requirements of strength performance of the radome. This optimization method can reduce the use of materials, save cost, ease the installation of the big metal radome and has important reference value for the actual production of metal radome.
