无刷直流电机启动过程仿真研究

     

摘要

研究无刷电机启动优化稳定性控制问题,在无刷直流电机启动过程中,预定位阶段转子到达平衡位置时会出现震荡现象,加速阶段电机换相时间曲线难以确定,电机启动的稳定性变差.为了使电机能够快速平稳启动,提出用三段式启动方式,采用一种电机外加电压逐渐增加的转子预定位方法.首先利用Park变换和Clark变换对转子预定位过程进行数学建模分析,同时对强推加速阶段进行仿真.仿真结果可以表明方法可以使转子平稳旋转到平衡位置,并通过研究换相时,减小了对启动过程的影响,为实际无刷直流电机优化控制设计提供理论依据.%In the process of studying brushless DC Motor start-up, it has the phenomenon of oscillation when the rotor reaches the equilibrium position at the phase of Pre-positioning. And it is difficult to determine the time curve of motor commutating phase at the stage of strong push accelerating. Finally,the stability of the motor start-up can be deteriorated. In order to run the motor quickly and smoothly, the three-stage startup method was studied and ana lyzed, and the rotor pre-position method of motor applied voltage gradually increasing was proposed. Firstly, Park transform and Clark transformation were used to make mathematical modeling analysis for the process of rotor pre-po sition. Then the experiment was carried out to simulate. Finally, the simulation results show that this method can make the rotor rotate smoothly to the equilibrium position. At the same time, a strong push accelerated stage for star tup made simulation, the influence of the commutation time on the startup process in accordance with the linear, ex ponential and logarithmic decrease was studied, providing the theoretical basis for the actual brushless DC motor con trol system design.
