含风电场电力系统备用容量优化配置研究

     

摘要

Due to the increasing demand of reserve capacity in power system for grid connected wind power,this paper proposes an optimal allocation model of reserve capacity for power system containing wind farm,based on chance constrained programming,the minimum total cost of total purchase electricity of the system is taken as the objective function,by considering uncertain factors such as the fault outage of generator unit,the error between the wind power output and the load prediction,the optimization allocation model of reserve capacity in wind farm power system is established.The model is solved by genetic algorithm based on stochastic simulation.The IEEE9 is used to analyze the effect of the user's response to improve the power of large scale wind power,reduce the total operation cost of the system,and optimize the allocation of reserve capacity provided on the power generation side.%针对风电并网所带来的电力系统备用容量需求增大的问题,提出了含风电场的电力系统备用容量优化配置模型,利用机会约束规划,以系统总购电总成本最小为目标函数,考虑了发电机组故障停运,风电出力和负荷预测误差等不确定因素,建立了含风电场的电力系统备用容量优化配置模型,采用随机模拟遗传算法求解,通过仿真分析,证明了用户侧响应提高大规模风电并网能力的作用,并降低了系统总运行成本,优化了发电侧提供备用容量的配置.
