面向信号的ATS测试资源描述方法研究

摘要

It is necessary to realize the separate TPS and controlling process of test resource in order to achieve instrument interchangeablity and software transplantation and system interoperation. The paper analyses the requirement of capability description of ATS test resources. It gives the way of test resource capability description oriented signal based on XML. The paper gives signal model and ability model of test instruments and discusses the application example. The way resolves the problems which exit in the course of test resource capability description, realizes instruments interchangeability and can be applied expediently.%为了实现ATS的仪器瓦换性、软件移植性和系统互操作性,需要实现TPS测试程序与具体的仪器控制在开发阶段分离而在运行阶段相对应,ATS测试资源描述是实现这一过程的前提和基础;分析了ATS测试资源的能力描述需求,提出了面向信号的基于XML语言的ATS测试资源能力描述方法,建立了测试仪器的信号模型和面向信号的测试仪器能力模型,给出了应用实例;通过工程实践,该方法解决了以往测试资源能力描述过程中存在的突出问题,实现了仪器互换性,工程可操作性很强.
