摩托车减震器综合反力特性测控系统设计

     

摘要

减震器综合反力是减震器非阻尼特性的一项重要指标,是导致减震器损坏失效的主要原因之一;该文以研华PCI- 1711多功能数据采集卡为控制器,伪微分反馈为控制算法,光栅尺为测量元件,设计了一套应用于摩托车减震器综合反力特性检测的测控系统;测控系统集传感器、数据采集、电液伺服和计算机控制技术于一体,操作简单,自动化程度高,对减震器产品质量提高具有重要意义,是保证高端减震器性能和开发新型减震器的必要检测设备,填补了目前国内摩托车减震器综合反力特性检测手段的空白.%Integrated force for motorcycle shock absorber is one of the most important indicators of undumped characteristic, is one of main causes of damage and disfunction of shock absorber. The paper introduces a measurement and control system for the integrated force characteristics. It applies Advantech' s multifunction data acquisition card-PCI-1711 as controller, pseudo derivative feedback as algorithm and grating as measuring unit. The system integrates with sensors, data acquisition, electro-hydraulic servo and computer control. It operates easily and is with high level automation, and has great effect to improve product quality. It has been the essential testing device to guarantee the high- performance and to develop new type shock absorber. It filled the gap of testing method of the performance for domestic motorcycle shock absorber.
