为了解决某型无人机飞行控制计算机通信故障的问题,针对其飞控计算机的基本结构,分析了无人机控制计算机系统关键的硬件结构和数据链路结构,给出了飞控计算机的常见通信故障原因和通信故障的表现形式;针对不同的通信故障源,从数据链路的角度,设计了对应的以软件方法排查硬件问题的故障诊断流程,给出了详细的设计步骤和关键性的程序;工程实践证明,此方法成本低、效率高,定位准确,能够解决实际工程中无人机飞控计算机的通信故障,具有实际应用价值和推广价值.%In order to solving the problem of communication of the flight control computer (FCC) , the critical hardware and data link structure was analysed based on the fundament of the FCC. The general reason and its performance of the communication fault also be presented. For the different communication sources, the method of the diagnosis which adopted the software way to solve the hardware problem was designed in the perspective of data link. The detailed steps and ctritical program was also given. The practice proved that the method is low cost, high efficency, accuracte location, and it can well deal with the communication problem of the FCC in actual project, so it has the high practical value and promotional value.
