电动汽车参数检测及报警显示系统设计

     

摘要

To avoid electric car happened on the bodywork leakage shock dizzy passengers wait for an accident, designed a parameter detection and alarm system, using realu-time sensor detection voltage current, the electric car is not normal state display screens and voice alarm, System to ATMEGA 64 chip as the core, hall-effect sensor acquisition voltage and current consumed coupling isolation door switch state detection, AD module uses inquires the way through liquid crystal display, data and voice alarm two ways to remind company by personnel; System adopts serial communication with a PC, internal system using anti-jamming strong thecan bus for communications, Through the practical test applications, this system is running well, can satisfy the design requirement, had been in Beijing bus company quasi trackless streetcars applications.%为了避免电动汽车上发生车体漏电击晕乘客等事故,设计了一个参数检测和报警系统,利用传感器实时检测电压电流,对电动汽车小正常状态进行屏幕显示和语音报警;系统以ATMEGA 64芯片为核心,采用霍尔传感器采集电压和电流值,用光耦隔离检测车门开关状态,AD模块采用查询的方式采集数据,通过液晶显示和语音报警两种方式提醒司乘人员;系统采用串口与PC机通信,系统内部采用抗干扰性较强的CAN总线进行通信;通过实际的测试应用,该系统运行良好,能满足设计要求,已经在北京公交公司准无轨电车上应用.
