基于蚁群算法的真空烧结炉最优PID温控系统

     

摘要

蚁群算法是一种新型的优化算法,具有收敛速度快、鲁棒性强等优点;针对真空烧结炉大惯性、大滞后性、非线性和时变性等特点,采用常规PID控制难以达到温度的精度控制,论文采用蚁群算法优化PID控制器参数,并给出了真空烧结炉最优PID控制系统设计的方法;该方法以误差绝对值为性能指标,实现了不完全微分PID参数的优化;仿真结果表明,该系统与传统的PID相比,有较好的稳态精度和动态性能,具有一定的科学性和实用性.%Ant colony algorithm is a new optimal algorithm with the advantages of fast convergence and good robustness. A new design method for the optimal PID control system is given based on ant colony algorithm for the vacuum sintering furnace high inertia, strong time delay, non-linear and time-variation etc. It is difficult to achieve the accuracy of control by using of conventional PID temperature control.In this method, the optimization of incomplete derivation PID controlled Parameter is implemented for the absolute error as the performance index. The results of computer simulation show that this control system is better than the traditional PID control system in static precision and dynamic characteristic.
