温室大棚环境智能自动测量与调节系统研究

         

摘要

为了能够自动调整温室大棚内的环境因子适应作物生长,采用CAN总线传输方式设计了温室大棚环境智能自动测量与调节系统,系统由多个监测点和一个带有CAN采集卡的工控机组成.在温室大棚内布置多个监测点和调节设备,主要完成对各区域的温湿度和CO2浓度进行采集,再对数据经过误差分析和非线性补偿处理,如果超出了预先设定的范围,则通过调温、通风、喷淋和CO2发生器等设备改善环境因子.经实验表明,测得温室大棚内8个监测点的环境平均温度、湿度和CO2浓度分别稳定在25.19℃、88.40%RH和1030.06ppm,系统对于促进作物增产增收,推进农业智能化进程具有极为重要的意义.%In order to adjust the environmental factors in greenhouse to adapt to the growth of crops automatically, the intelligent automatic measurement and conditioning system of greenhouse environment is designed using CAN Bus, and the system is made up of monitoring nodes and an industrial control computer with CAN capture card. There are many monitoring nodes and conditioning devices fix up to collect temperature* humidity and CO2 concentration, if they are out of the pre set ranges after error analysis and nonlinear compensation processing, and then the environment factors are changed by adjusting temperature, ventilation, spray, CO2 generator and other equipment. Experimental results show that the system measured the average temperature, humidity and COg concentration of the eight monitoring sites in a greenhouse are respectively stable at 25. 19℃, 88. 40%RH and 1030. 06ppm, which has very important significance for the promotion of crops and promoting agricultural intelligent process.
