时间和幅值相结合的超声检测系统的设计与实现

     

摘要

If solid rocket motor propellant contains inherent structure defects, failure even accidents may easily happen . Therefore, a set of ultrasonic detection system is designed, which has greatly enhanced the efficiency and accuracy of quality testing and reduced miscalculation and undetection of the defects. Pulse -echo method, which is based for testing in the system, has a good generality. The approach for defecting, using double characteristics -time and amplitude, has good detection sensitivity. An optimized median filter algorithm is proposed to denoise signal. The paper provides hardware schematic and ultrasonic signal processing schematic for ultrasonic testing system, and reveals testing results with graphical interface expression by the computer software. This system has obtained the good effect in the application.%倘若固体火箭发动机推进剂自身结构存在固有缺陷,极易出现故障,甚至发生意外事故,为此设计了一套超声检测系统,降低了缺陷的误判及漏检,极大地提高了推进剂质量检测的效率和准确性;系统基于脉冲反射回波原理进行检测,具有程好的通用性;采用时间和幅度双特征量的缺陷检测方法,提高了检测的灵敏度;提出一种优化中值滤波算法对超声信号进行降噪处理;文章给出了超声检测系统的硬件框图及超声信号处理方法,并通过计算机软件编程将检测结果以图形界面方式展现在用户面前;本系统在应用中取得了良好效果.
