磁阻线圈发射器控制系统设计

     

摘要

介绍了磁阻线圈发射器控制系统的设计,该系统利用STC12C5410AD单片机作为控制的核心,具有电压显示与测速的功能.通过介绍电压显示模块的设计过程,提出了利用光电耦合器P521精确采集电压信号的方法;通过介绍测速模块的设计过程,提出了利用光电管进行多点测速的方法;由于系统工作在强电磁干扰环境下,文章根据试验的结果进行了抗干扰设计,并取得了较好的效果;为了测试系统的性能,进行了发射电压为620V,弹丸质量为8.2g的发射试验,试验结果表明,该系统具有精度较高、抗干扰能力强的优点,在磁阻线圈发射试验中起着重要作用.%This passage introduces a control system of reluctance coil driver. STC12C5410AD SCM is used as the core in this system which can display voltage and measure velocity. According to introducing the design of voltage display block, it provides a new method to collect voltage accurately on PS21; according to introducing the design of measuring velocity block, it provides a method to measure velocity of several points on photoelectric cell. As the system worked in high electromagnetism condition, this passage do the anti-jamming and has a okay result which show that the system can work steadily with high precision. In a conclusion. This system plays an important role in the experiment of reluctance driver.
