基于FPGA的多模式DFATS无线采集节点的硬件平台研究

     

摘要

In this paper, for the practical applications of digital flexible assembly system (DFATS) data collection, a FPGA Cyclone chip was used to control the A/D conversion chip AD7892- 1 to perform data sampling control, that included executing software programming in the Quartus II Platform to implement the correct timing control of A/D conversion workflow, coding the sampling data, and transmitting the data through the radio ferquency (RF) link. The small-scale laboratory results of collection node groups have demonstrated that the collection nodes were able to meet the requirements about the high sampling rate and 640k bit rate communication of data.%针对数字化柔性装配体系(DFATS)数据采集具体应用,采用FPGA器件Cyclone芯片控制A/D转换芯片AD7892-1执行采样控制,在QuartusⅡ平台下执行软件编程实现正确的A/D转换的工作时序控制流程,并将采样数据编码,通过射频链路向外传输;从实验室小规模节点组群效果看,采集节点可以满足高采样率和数据640kbit码率通讯的要求.
