再制造闭环物流网络的多周期优化设计模型

         

摘要

在再制造闭环物流系统的不同周期内,新产品和再制造产品的销售区域可能会不同;同时,新产品和再制造产品的销售价格可能会有差异。以存在此两种情形的再制造闭环物流网络设计为研究对象,以总运营收益最大为目标,并考虑了设施的规模选择和正逆向物流的集成运作,建立了再制造闭环物流网络的多周期优化设计模型,设计了模型求解的混合遗传算法。通过求解模型,可以确定再制造物流网络中各种设施的数量、位置和规模,以及各设施间的物流量分配。通过算例验证了模型和算法的有效性。%In different periods of closed loop remanufacturing logistics system,the sales regions and the prices of new products and remanufactured products might be different.Regarding the closed loop remanufacturing network design under the above circumstances as research subject,the maximum total earnings as objective,an optimization model of multi-period closed loop remanufacturing logistics network was established by considering both scale selection and integrated operation of forward/reverse logistics.Then a hybrid genetic algorithm was developed to solve the model.Through solving the model,the quantity,the location,the scale of each kind of facility and the logistics flow allocation among facilities were determined.A numerical example was given to illustrate the effectiveness of proposed model and algorithm.
