工业以太网的一种分组调度实现

             

摘要

为了解决工业控制网络环境中,不同距离传送的实时数据帧延时问题,尤其是那些长距离传送的实时帧延迟太大,本文给出了一种调度方法,在发送数据时优先传送距离较远的实时帧.文中仔细分析了实时帧传送距离和延迟的关系,并结合实际网络例子,对实时帧的延时进行了讨论,提出了采用距离对角矩阵实现的方式,将长距离传送的实时帧延时控制在一定范围内,增加了实时数据的可用性.算法的实现不必对原有数据帧结构进行修改,降低了实现的成本和复杂性,同时也增加了对现有网络系统的支持,可将强大的网络技术应用到工业以太网中.最后,运用OPNET Modeler仿真软件进行仿真实验,验证了算法的正确性.%In order to solve the question of the real-time data frame transmission delay after different distances in the industrial control network especially for the long-distance, a scheduling way is given, which the farther frame is preferred to send. In the paper,the relationship between distance and delay is analysed by a real network example. The distance diagonal matrix is proposed in the algorithm. The delay is controlled in a certain range, which increases the availability of real-time data. The frame structure needs not to be modified,which reduces the cost and complexity. It supports the existing network system well and the advanced network technology may be applied in the Industrial Ethernet. Finally the simulation is implemented with OPNET Modeler and the algorithm is verified.
