复杂地质环境下井眼轨迹控制系统研究与设计

     

摘要

针对复杂地质环境下井眼轨迹控制存在的问题,将适用于石油系统的偏差矢量控制思想引入到地质钻进过程中.通过分析地质钻进的轨迹控制过程,提出了矢量夹角概念并作为控制器输入量,采用模糊控制算法建立钻进过程轨迹控制模型,使用仿真软件设计了轨迹控制系统及其模糊控制器.通过与传统PID控制算法的对比,验证了模糊控制的有效性和优越性.%For the existing problems of wellbore trajectory control in the complex geological environment,the control idea of deviation vector applied to petroleum system is introduced into the process of geological drilling. By analyzing the trajectory control process of geological drilling,the concept of vector angle is put forward and used as the input of the controller. The algorithm of fuzzy control is used to establish the trajectory control model of drilling process. The trajectory control system and its fuzzy controller are designed by using the simulation software. The validity of fuzzy control is verified by comparing with the traditional PID control algorithm.
