基于智能感应的多自由度机械臂系统的设计实现

     

摘要

为实现机械臂多种工作环境灵活作业的需求,创新地对机械臂的控制方式进行了改进,设计实现了一套通过超声波传感器检测距离信息,智能控制机械臂完成精准作业任务的系统,该系统以Arduino控制板为核心控制器,连接感应元器件和舵机,利用Arduino IDE开发控制程序,根据接收的来自SRF-04超声波传感器的距离信息控制舵机运动,构成闭合的控制系统.该系统的设计实现综合应用了传感系统和微机控制系统两大模块,为未来实现智能系统人与物的相容互动提供新的方法.%For the flexible demand of Mechanical arm in a variety of work environments,the control mechanism of the Me-chanical arm is improved.A system is designed and implemented,which can detect the distance information through the ultrasonic sensor,than intelligent control Mechanical arm to complete the task of precise job.Arduino control board is the core of the system controller,and it connects steering components and sensors.Arduino IDE is used to develop control procedures,based on the re-ceived information from the SRF-04 ultrasonic sensor to control servo motion,these all help constitute a closed control system.The system is the comprehensive application of the two knowledge modules,which are sensor system and computer control system.Prac-tice has proved that through the design of the system,a new method can be provided to achieve the exchange action between human and the system.
