天然气管道离心压缩机的运行特性研究

         

摘要

针对某输气管线压缩机站离心压缩机组回流问题,统计分析现场生产运行数据,对压缩机当前运行状态进行评估;基于压缩机性能换算方法、BWRS方程气体物性计算、特性曲线最小二乘拟合法建立了压缩机特性分析预测模型,并经历史运行数据验证了模型的准确性;采用Visual Basic语言开发了《压缩机站运行方案制定软件》,应用软件重新为该站制定了压缩机组运行方案.新方案消除了回流,实现了节能降耗.%Featuring upon the backflow issue of the centrifugal compressor unit in a gas pipeline's initial station,its current operation status is evaluated by a deep analysis of the running data acquired.Based on the performance conversion method,calculation of gas physical property via BWRS EOS and least square fitting the characteristic curve,a prediction and analysis module for the compressor whose accuracy is proven by the history data is established and a software "compressor station operation guidance" is developed via Visual Basic programming language.The operation scheme for the compressor station is renewed by the software and then the malfunction of baclkflow is eliminated effectively and the energy saving and consumption reducing is realized.
