单螺杆压缩机啮合副大啮合角设计方法

         

摘要

目前国内外单螺杆压缩机企业基本上设计选用的啮合角αt≈94.5°.通过该技术设计的单螺杆压缩机,螺杆、星轮啮合副预留含有泄漏角θ的大啮合角αt:98.1818.≥αt>94.5°,封闭的螺杆槽内空气密度大增加了压缩机空气排量、提高了容积效率、增大了内压比、减小了比功率,可降低压缩机能效值.%At present,the single screw compressor enterprises in foreign and domestic basically select meshing angle α1≈94.5° in design.In the single screw compressor designed by this technique, the rang of allowable big meshing angle, a,, (including leakage angle θ) of screw and star wheel mehsing pair is:98.1818°≥α1>94.5°.The compact air density in the closed screw groove has increased the air displcement of compressor,improved the volume efficiency,increased the inner pressure ratio,and reduced the ratio power, which can lower down the energy efficiency value of compressor.
