新氢压缩机填料泄漏原因分析及应对措施

         

摘要

新建200万t/a重油加氢装置新氢压缩机投用后,频繁出现填料泄漏的故障,填料温度及漏气温度超标,严重影响机组安全运行.介绍了填料的结构形式,通过分析安装方法、检查部件质量,发现气缸端部密封面有较深的加工刀痕、填料盒结构缺陷、填料安装方法不当是造成填料泄漏频繁的原因.通过精加工气缸密封面至规定粗糙度、更改填料盒结构、改进安装方法,消除了填料频繁泄漏的情况.%After the use of new hydrogen compressor for the 2 million t/a heavy oil hydrogenation unit, the fault of packing leakage occurred frequently, packing temperature and leakage temperature exceeded, which seriously affected the safe operation of unit. The paper introduced the structural type of packing. Based on analyzing installation method and checking quality of parts, it was found that the cylinder end seal surface with a deeper processing mark, the packing box structure defects and the improper packing instal-lation method are the reasons of causing packing leakage frequently. The phenomenon of packing leakage frequently is eliminated by finishing the cylinder seal to specified roughness, replacing packing box structure and improving installation method.
