The Yong- Lian productivity construction is the first project for tight reservoir development in Jiangsu Oil- field. Reservoirs in block Lian 38 as one part of the productivity construction area is generally buried at the average depth of 3 600 m. In this region, the soft mudstone in upper fox, nation is easy to cause hydration dispersion and diameter shrink- age. In lower formation,wellbore instability is easily caused because of the existence of high conductive mudstone in the second member of Dainan Formation, and rigid and fragile mudstone in the Funing Formation. And complex accidents have often occurred in the past such as redressing and resistance in electric logging. These complex accidents seriously influence the drilling speed and efficiency. In view of the formation characteristics of Jiangsu Oilfield, the formation adaptability eval- uation study of amine drilling fluid system was carried out to apply in wells located in bock Lian 38. From results of the test wells, the combined effect of both amine additives and polymer coating agents shows great properties in coating cuttings, in- hibiting hydration and dispersion to increase the whole inhibition of drilling fluid and let the cuttings keeping great integri- ty. All kinds of technical indexes increase steadily, the complex accidents are obviously reduced and drilling cycle is effec- tively shortened.%永-联产能会战是江苏油田第一个针对致密油藏开发的项目,会战区联38块油藏埋深平均达3600m,具有地下复杂,方案落实程度较低,产能建设难度大等特点。且该区上部软泥岩易水化分散、缩径,下部戴二段高导泥岩及阜宁组硬脆性泥岩易井壁失稳,区域内以前施工的井划眼,电测遇阻时有发生,严重影响了钻井提速、提效。针对江苏油田的地层特点,开展了胺基钻井液体系适应性复配评价研究,并将其应用到联38块钻井施工中。从已完钻的几口试验井看,胺基处理剂与聚合物包被剂的复配使用起到了包被钻屑,抑制其水化分散的作用,提高了防塌能力,返出的岩屑整体性好。各项技术指标稳步提升,井下复杂故障明显降低,钻井周期有效缩短。
