新型机械分压4层工艺管柱在薄互层油藏中的应用

摘要

In order to satisfy the separate layer fracturing in layer subdivision of reservoir with thin interbeds for JS oil-field,a new type of four -layer fracturing tubing string with high safety and reliability is studied.It is made up of the Y221 packer and three K344 packers ,with characteristics of easy setting and unseating packer,low risk of string sand stuck,and small force for unseating the string,etc.The successful application in H well showed the string can meet the fracturing re-quirement within four layers.%为满足江苏油田薄互层油藏多层压裂需要，研究并试用一种安全可靠的新型机械分压4层工艺管柱。该管柱采用1级 Y221压缩式封隔器＋3级 K344扩张式封隔器组合，具有座封、解封操作方便、砂卡风险低、整个管柱需要的解封力小等特点。通过在 H 井现场成功应用，表明该工艺管柱能够满足4段以内压裂要求。
