面向实践的一种竞争情报系统分类体系的构建策略--以民用航空客服业为例

         

摘要

This article focuses on construction of classification system in competitive intelligence system based on the practical application of the civil aviation customer service. After researching and analyzing the theoretical basis of classification system in China, it discusses the characteristics about the traditional classification system and the classification system of network information. At last this article constructs the classification system of civil aviation customer service by Classification-Subject. From the aspects of information source, construction rule and optimization strategy, it gives a detailed description of the process of classification schemes’ building and subject headings’ extraction, and discusses the function of the classification-subject in competitive intelligence system.%本文结合民用航空客服业实际情况,构建竞争情报系统分类体系。在对国内分类体系构建方法的理论研究与分析的基础上,论述了传统分类体系与网络信息分类体系的特点,最终选择以“分类—主题”的方式构建民航客服业的分类体系。从构建信息源、构建规则和优化策略等方面,详细描述了分类词表构建、主题词抽取。
