基于ADS水声通信换能器的宽带实频匹配

         

摘要

The broadband matching technology of transducer is a key link in the design of underwater acoustic communication transmitter system.A well-matched circuit can effectively reduce the power loss,improve the load power,and at the same time,expand the working bandwidth.The traditional broadband matching technology based on the theory usually involves a large number of formula calculations.Later period,CAD(computer aided design),is introduced into the technology,while MATLAB-based realfrequency technology also need a design of effective and efficient algorithm,and this usually would take a lot of time and effort.By using the MACH matching module in ADS software and adding a pre-bandpass filter to it,the real-frequency match for the S-parameter of the measured transducer impedance is implemented.The whole process is done by computer.And later by tuning the reactance components,a fairly ideal matching effect could be achieved.This method could almost eliminate all the computational derivation,and thus is of great engineering practical value.%换能器的宽带匹配技术是水声通信发射机系统设计的关键一环.匹配良好的电路,能有效减少电路的功率损耗,提高负载功率,同时还能有效扩展工作带宽.传统的宽带匹配技术基于的理论通常需要大量的公式计算,后期引入计算机辅助设计(CAD),但基于MATLAB仿真的实频技术也需要设计出一个有效且高效的算法,而这通常需要消耗大量的时间与精力.利用ADS软件中的一个MACH匹配模块,创造性地对其添加一个前置带通滤波器,可对实测换能器阻抗特性S参数进行实频匹配.该过程全程由计算机计算完成,后期对电抗元器件进行调谐,可以达到较为理想的匹配效果.实践表明,这种方法省去了几乎所有的计算推导,具有较大的工程实用价值.
