As part of public policies,the formulating and implementing Quality standard of China's higher vocational education must concern all stakeholders.The paper adopts the theories and research methods of stakeholder to expound interest requests of higher vocational education stakeholders.It also points out education quality is the convergence point of stakeholders and puts forward to construct quality standard of China's higher vocational education based on interests expression and integration,which provides an analysis structure for higher vocational colleges setting a scientific concept of education quality standard,as well as offers a new perspective for governments,corporate and different social parties scientifically evaluating higher vocational education quality.%作为公共政策的高职教育质量标准的制定与执行,必然涉及高职教育所有的利益相关者。运用利益相关者理论和研究方法,阐释高职教育利益相关者的利益诉求,指出高职教育质量是利益相关者的利益契合点,提出构建基于利益表达与整合的我国高职教育质量标准,为高职院校树立科学的教育质量标准观提供一个分析框架,也为政府、行业企业以及社会各界科学评价高职教育质量提供一个新视角。
