摘要

Corporate strategy requires enterprises to implement corresponding to the high effectiveness of the training. For the enterprises of external growth strategy, the implementation of the high effectiveness of training need to sort out the relationship between the external growth strategy and the effectiveness of training and a com- prehensive analysis of the main task of the implementation of the high effectiveness of the training obstacles, and then clear and effective training.%企业的经营战略要求企业实施与之相适应的高成效培训。对于外部成长战略企业来说,实施高成效培训需要理清外部成长战略与高成效培训的关系,并全面分析实施高成效培训存在的障碍,进而明确高成效培训的主要任务。
