农村职业学校发展中的问题及对策研究

摘要

农村职业学校处于我国职业教育体系的基础地位，在现代职业教育体系中有着不可替代的作用。它既是高等学府人才的输送者，又是培育新型农民的摇篮，更是职业素养的启蒙地。但是，在现实境况中，农村职业学校并没有发挥出应有作用，存在着办学定位不清、涉农专业偏少、课程设置不合理、硬件设施不足等一系列严重问题。对此，提出一些解决对策。%The rural vocational school is at the fundamental position in our vocational education system, playing an irreplaceable role. It is both the transporter of the talented, and the cradle of cultivating the brand-new farmers. Also, it’s the enlightenment park of professionalism. However, in the reality, the rural vocational school doesn’t play the appropriate role, there being a series of questions seriously. Such as, orientation is unclear, agriculture-related majors are few, curriculum unreasonable and lack of hardware facilities. For these,put forward some specific solutions.
