以人为本：高职院校学生管理的重要理念

The current the poor school level,the missing professional responsibility and the low-quality students reduce quality and efficiency of vocational college to some extent. Therefore, vocational college must focus on the humane care and improve school standards, teachers must enhance the sense of responsibility and care for stu-dents' growth, and students must improve their own quality and participate in learning actively so that it can adapt to today's trend of social development in order to promote the sustainable development of vocational education.%　　由于当前高职院校办学水平较差、教师缺乏职业责任感、学生素质不高，在一定程度上降低了办学质量和效益。因此，高职院校必须注重人文关怀，提升办学水平；教师必须增强责任意识，呵护学生成长；学生必须提高自身素质，主动参与学习，才能适应当今社会发展趋势，从而促进高职院校教育事业可持续发展。
