典型区域创新模式的国际经验比较

摘要

美国、日本、韩国和芬兰的创新之路各不相同，本文分析了美国原发性创新模式，日本“技术引进”向“技术赶超”创新模式，韩国主导产业创新模式，芬兰大型跨国企业创新模式，对区域自主创新的国际经验进行比较研究，归纳创新模式的特征、路径，从政府功能、产业结构布局和官产学研结合角度为我国提高自主创新能力提供经验借鉴。%The roads of innovation in United States , Japan, South Korea and Finland are different .The paper analyzes Primary innovation model in America ,“Introduction of technology” to“Technological catch -up” in Japan, leading in-dustry innovation model in South Korea and large multinational innovation model in Finland , and compares the interna-tional experience of regional independent innovation by selecting different levels and objects .At last, we generalize char-acteristics, path and international experience of innovation models to make some advice on promoting China ′s innovation capability based on government functions , industrial structure and combination of government , company, college and re-search institutions .
