区域环境合作联盟：规模与稳定性分析

摘要

This paper establishes a static model by taking pollution emissions and welfare profit and loss as parameters , analyzes the impact of cooperative and non -cooperative strategy of members on regional overall welfare under a frame-work of alliance , and the logical relationship between country number in the region and the scale and stability of alliance . The results show that:the establishment of regional environmental cooperation alliance can effectively reduce the pollutant emissions , improve regional environmental quality;the stability of the alliance is determined by the endogenous variables of model , but it does not always increase with the scale expansion of alliance .%本文以污染排放量和福利损益为参数建立了一个静态模型，在联盟的框架下分析了成员国的合作与非合作策略对区域整体福利的影响，以及区域国家数量、联盟规模与稳定性之间的逻辑关系。结果表明区域环境合作联盟的建立可以有效降低污染物的排放，改善区域环境质量；联盟的稳定性由模型的内生变量决定，而并非总是随联盟规模的扩张而提升。
