技术性贸易壁垒对我国花生出口的影响

摘要

花生是我国为数不多的具有出口创汇能力的大宗农产品之一，随着近年来一系列国际贸易壁垒的实施，我国花生出口国际竞争力受到极大冲击，在日本及欧盟这两个重点市场面临严峻挑战。本文运用区域显示性比较优势指数RRCA，对我国花生出口在日本、欧盟市场的比较优势进行对比分析，发现我国输日花生不具有比较优势，而输欧花生能保持稳定的比较优势；技术性贸易措施对中日间的花生贸易具有抑制作用，却在一定程度上促进了中欧间的花生贸易。%Peanut is one of the agricultural products which has international competitiveness in our country.The imple-mentation of the trade barriers has a bad effect on peanuts trade in recent years and China faces big challenges in Japan and EU, which are main markets of China.This research uses RRCA to analyze the comparative advantage between Ja-pan and EU, pointing out the peanuts from China have great competitiveness in EU market, but at a disadvantage in Ja-pan market;technical trade measure has an adverse effect on Sino-Japan peanut trade but improving Sino-Euro peanut trade.
