本文使用1995-2010年中国对世界各国出口的HS6分位产品的面板数据, 检验了知识产权保护对中国出口贸易流量的影响. 实证结果发现: 从整体上看, 出口目的国知识产权保护强度的提高能够促进中国出口贸易流量的增加, 这在知识密集型行业中更为明显; 高收入和中等收入出口目的国知识产权保护强度的提高对中国出口到这些国家的出口贸易流量具有正向影响, 而低收入出口目的国知识产权保护强度的提高对中国出口到这些国家的出口贸易流量具有负向影响; 对于不同收入水平的出口目的国, 知识产权保护提高的影响在知识密集型行业中均相对更大.%This paper tests the influence of intellectual property protection ( IPR) on China′s export trade flows by using the China′s HS6 export panel data from 1995 to 2010.The empirical results show that enhancing of IPR in the export destination country will promote China′s export trade flows on the whole, and this effect is stronger in knowledge intensive industry than in other industries;furthermore, enhancing of IPR in high-income and middle-income countries has a pos-itive influence on China′s export trade flows in these countries, while enhancing of IPR in low-income countries has a negative impact;what′s more, this effect is always relatively larger in knowledge intensive industry no matter what the in-come level of the export destination country is.
