泵送矸石充填管道磨损与堵塞成因及对策研究

摘要

It made analysis of the pumping waste rock backfill in pipe flow characteristics ,combined with application of Wanghe Coal Field,analyzed and summarized causing wear and clogging pipes reasons ,then it put forward a series of corresponding improvement and preventive measures to effectively reduce the wear and tear of the pipeline and plugging accidents ,it ensured the smooth progress of the filling operation .%分析了泵送矸石充填体在管道内的流动特性，并结合王河煤矿现场应用，分析总结造成输送管道磨损和堵塞的原因，提出了一系列相应的改进和预防措施，有效地降低了管道磨损和堵管事故的发生，保障了充填作业的顺利进行。
