松软低透气性煤层全孔段筛管下放技术研究

摘要

Full hole delegate technology is effective means for soft and low permeability coal seam extraction from borehole fragile,poor screen down hard times,poor extraction effect,through extraction effect of contrast test of full hole section of the screen down technology and traditional down screen on different conditions of two working face in Shoushan No. 1 Coal Mine,it shows that the hole delegate technology is convenient operation,high success rate,and drainage effect is better compared with the traditional technology,it also shows that full hole delegate technology application effect is better on soft,borehole collapse easily coal seam.%全孔段筛管下放施工工艺是解决松软低透气性煤层中抽采钻孔易塌孔、筛管下放困难、抽采效果差的有效手段，通过在首山一矿不同条件的两个工作面进行全孔段筛管下放技术和传统下放筛管技术的抽采效果对比试验，表明全孔段筛管下放技术相比传统技术操作便捷、成功率高，且抽放效果更好，同时也表明，全孔段筛管下放技术在松软、钻孔易塌孔的煤层中的应用效果更好。
