全孔段下筛管技术在松软煤层瓦斯抽采中的应用

         

摘要

针对松软煤层瓦斯抽采孔壁稳定性差,易造成喷孔、塌孔,难下筛管,瓦斯抽采效率不理想的问题。详细介绍了全孔段下筛管技术的配套设备及工艺流程,并在潞安常村煤矿对该技术进行了工业试验。试验结果表明:在松软煤层中全孔段下筛管工艺比传统工艺的成孔率高50%;全孔段下筛管工艺可以使单孔瓦斯抽采浓度提高近2倍;单孔纯瓦斯流量提高1倍;而且全孔段下筛管技术护孔效果要远远高于传统工艺,尤其在松软煤层中采用该技术可以大大提高瓦斯抽采效率。%For soft coal seam gas drainage hole wall stability is poor,could easily lead to the injection hole, hole collapse under the screen is difficult, gas drainage efficiency undesirable problems.This paper describes a full -bore section screen technology, equip-ment and processes, and the technology in Lu'an Changcun Coal Mine,conducted industrial tests.The results show that:in soft seam section under full control screen process than a high porosity of 50% traditional craft;full bore section screen technology allows gas drainage hole concentration increased nearly three -fold;hole pure gas traffic increased by nearly 2 times;and technical protection screen at full bore section hole effect is much higher than traditional techniques,particularly the use of the technology in soft coal seam methane drainage can greatly improve efficiency.
