孤岛工作面遇断层采动应力分布规律研究

         

摘要

Based on an inclined 10° fault tip occurred in a coal mining process of a coal pillar coal mining face in seam island, in order to solve the coal wall spalling, roof falling and other problems of the coal mining face, the paper studied the distribution features of the secondary stress field in front of the coal mining face affected to the coal mining operation. The extreme balance theory and the numerical calculation were applied to analyze the stress distribution law and the surrounding rock deformation features during the mining process of the coal mining face. The results showed that the concentrated stress of the powered supports in the coal mining face were mainly distribu- ted in the middle and upward sections and low end of the coal mining face. The mining turbulence could cause a fault activation. And thus the vertical stress of the coal miming face near the fault would be reduced and the horizontal stress would be increased. The monito- ring and measuring results showed that with the coal miming face continuously advanced forward, the pilot support pressure peak would be always at about 5 m in front of the coal mining face wall.%针对孤岛煤柱工作面回采过程中遇一斜交10°断层的现状,为解决工作面煤壁易片帮、冒顶等问题,研究了工作面前方采动应力场分布特征及对回采工作的影响。通过采用极限平衡理论和数值计算分析了工作面在回采过程中应力分布规律及围岩变形特征。结果表明:工作面液压支架集中应力主要分布在工作面中上部和下端头附近;开采扰动易造成断层活化,使得断层附近工作面垂直应力下降,水平应力上升。根据监测结果,随着工作面的不断推进,超前支承压力峰值始终位于工作面煤壁前方5 m左右。
