Cl-和SO42-对矿井高含水液压液腐蚀行为的影响

     

摘要

In order to study Cl-and SO42-in the liquid preparation water affected to the corrosion behavior of the high water content hydraulic fluid,an electrochemical polarization curve was applied to study the corrosion behavior of high water content hydraulic fluid with different Cl-and SO42-density and discussed the mechanism affected to the corrosion behavior of the high water content hydraulic fluid.The results showed that with the Cl-and SO]-density increased,the pitting potential of 30CrMnSi material would be decreased and the corrosion resistance performances of the high water content hydraulic fluid would be reduced.When the Cl-in the liquid was increased from 0 to 200 mg/L,the pitting potential was decreased by 43%.When the SO42-in the liquid was increased from 0 to 400 mg/L,the pitting potential was decreased by 17%.The pitting potential and the Cl-and SO42-density would be in a linear relationship.The main mechanism affected to the corrosion resistance performances of the high water content hydraulic fluid would be the competitive adsorption of the anions.In the selection of the corrosion inhibitor and the application of the high water content hydraulic fluid,a corrosion inhibitor affected to anti Cl-and SO42-should be both selected in order to ensure the corrosion resistance performances of the high water content hydraulic fluid.%为研究配液水中Cl-和SO42-对高含水液压液腐蚀行为的影响情况,采用电化学极化曲线研究了不同Cl-和SO42-浓度高含水液压液的腐蚀行为,并探讨了影响高含水液压液腐蚀行为的机理.结果表明:随着Cl-和SO42-浓度的增加,30CrMnSi材料的点蚀电位降低,高含水液压液的耐腐蚀性能下降;溶液中Cl-质量浓度从0增加至200 mg/L时,点蚀电位降低了43%,溶液中SO42-质量浓度从0增加至400 mg/L时,点蚀电位降低了17%;点蚀电位与Cl-、SO42-浓度呈线性关系.影响高含水液压液耐腐蚀性能的主要原因为阴离子的竞争性吸附,在选择缓蚀剂和使用高含水液压液时要选择能够同时耐Cl-和SO42-影响的缓蚀剂,以保证高含水液压液的耐腐性性能.
