煤矿平巷火灾数值模拟及其特征参数研究

     

摘要

为了研究火灾产生的烟气在巷道中的运移和分布规律,采用单混合分数PDF非预混燃烧模型进行了三维瞬态数值模拟,分析研究了煤矿水平巷道发生火灾时期的温度场和烟气逆流层的变化规律.结果表明:火源强度一定时,通过对火灾过程中0.5、1.0、1.5、1.8、2.0、2.5 m/s等不同进风速度的模型求解,得出存在阻止高温烟气向火源点上风侧传播和运移的极限风速,模型中的极限风速Vmin=2.0~2.5m/s;并推出了逆流层关于风流速度的函数表达式.风流速度一定时,通过对火灾过程中5.24、10.48、15.72、20.96 MW等不同火源强度的模型求解,得出不同火源强度,巷道内温度场的瞬态变化规律;并推算出逆流层关于火源强度的函数表达式.%In order to study migration and distribution law of a mine fire disaster smoke in the mine roadway,a PDF non pre-mixed combustion model with a single mixture fraction was applied to the 3D transient numerical simulation.The variation law of the temperature field and the smoke countercurrent layer during a fire disaster occurred in a drift of a coal mine were analyzed and studied.The results showed that when the fire source intensity was certain,with the solution of the model with 0.5,1.0,1.5,1.8,2.0 and 2.5 m/s and other different air intake velocity in the mine fire disaster process,the results showed that there was a limit air velocity existed to prevent the spread and migration of the high temperature smoke to the top air side of the fire source and the limit air velocity Vmin in the model was 2.0 ~ 2.5 m/s.Also a function expression of the air flow velocity for the countercurrent layer was provided.When the air flow velocity was certain,with the solution on the model with 5.24,10.48,15.72 and 20.96 MW and other different fire source intensity in the fire disaster process,the results showed that under the different fire source intensity,the transient variation law of the temperature field within the mine roadway was obtained and a function expression of the fire source intensity for the countercurrent layer was provided.
