液压破碎锤负载敏感控制系统特性及改进研究

             

摘要

为探究冲击破岩掘进机液压破碎锤负载敏感控制系统的特性,利用键合图法建立了系统模型和状态方程.在此基础上,利用Amesim软件搭建了系统的仿真模型,仿真结果表明该系统存在压力、流量冲击.为改善液压破碎锤的使用性能、提高冲击破岩掘进机的效率和使用寿命,对破碎锤负载敏感控制系统进行改进.通过仿真分析可知,改进后的系统改善了活塞和阀芯的压力冲击以及泵的输出流量冲击,其中泵输出流量波动频率均降低了50%,限压阀阀芯压力峰值由1.8 MPa降到0.3MPa,能实现可随时调节液压破碎锤冲击能与冲击频率,同时仿真验证了系统的负载敏感特性.%In order to study the features of load sensitive control system for hydraulic breaking hammer of impact and breaking rock roadheader,a power bond graph method was applied to establish a system model and a state equation.Based on the circumstances,an Amesim was applied to set up the simulation model of system and simulation results showed there were pressure and flow impacts in the system.In order to improve the application performances of the hydraulic breaking hammer and to improve the efficiency and the service life of the impact and rock breaking roadheader,an load sensitive control system of the breaking hammer was improved.The simulation analysis showed that the improved system had improved the pressure impact of the piston and valve core as well as the output flow impact of the pump.Among them,the fluctuation frequency of the pump output flow was reduced by 50% in average and the pressure peak of the valve core for the pressure limited valve was reduced from 1.8 MPa to 0.3 MPa.The impact energy and impact frequency of hydraulic breaking hammer to be adjusted at any time could be realized and the simulation verified load sensitive features of system.
