钢绳夹芯输送带横向断裂监测装置在同煤集团的应用

带式输送机是现代煤矿生产的一种连续输送机械，钢绳夹芯输送带是一种被广泛应用的强力皮带。在实际生产中，钢绳夹芯带式输送机除了要克服跑偏、撕带等情况，还要面临输送带损伤和横向断裂等问题。本文通过介绍KJDX-660D（A）型钢绳夹芯输送带横向断裂监测装置的工作原理、功能特点及在同煤集团的应用情况，旨在为同类生产条件的矿井提供技术支持和经验借鉴。%The belt conveyor is a continuous conveying machinery of modern coal mine production. Steel-corded belt is a kind of widely used powerful belt. In actual production, the steel-corded belt conveyor in addition to overcome running deviation and tearing, but also face prob-lems such as conveyor belt injury and transverse breaking. The paper introduced the application of KJDX -660 -D (A) steel-corded belt con-veyor transverse breaking monitoring devices in Datong coal mine group, which aims to provide the technical support and experience reference for the similar production conditions mine.
