煤矿燃爆事故人员因素的灰色关联分析

Human factors have a special position in the safety production of coal mine. In order to analyze the human factors' effect to coal mine fire&explosion accident, the number of fire&explosion accident of Yongna mining area was selected as reference sequence and human factors as comparison sequences, then gray correlation analysis was used. The results show that correlation between fire&explosion accident and the proportion of technical personnel is the biggest, and technical staff is bigger than others on correlations for fire&explosion accident.%人的因素在煤矿安全生产中占据特殊地位，为了分析人的因素对煤矿燃爆事故的影响，本文以纳雍某矿区四个煤矿燃爆事故起数为参考序列，以人员因素作为比较序列，运用灰色关联理论分析人员因素对燃爆事故的影响。结果表明：技术人员所占的比例、“三违”发生率对燃爆事故的影响最大，技术人员因素对煤矿燃爆事故的影响力超过其他三类。
