煤矿斜巷轨道运输综合监控系统

摘要

为了有效地防止斜巷绞车轨道运输伤害事故的发生，济宁三号矿在工业以太环网的基础上，安装了生产运输斜巷监控系统。实现了对斜井各主要工作场所的视频图像信息的实时监视，以及对人体红外传感器、捕车器、防跑车栏等主要设备的监测。整个系统配置合理，信息共享，安全可靠，极大的增强了煤炭斜巷轨道机车运输的安全性，提高了指挥效率和生产率。%In order to effectively prevent inclined roadways winch rail transport injury accidents, our mine installed the production and trans-port Inclined roadways monitoring systems based on industrial Ethernet ring network. To realize the real-time monitoring of video image infor-mation on the inclined shaft major workplace, and monitoring to the human body infrared sensor, car retarder, sports bar, etc, the main equip-ment. The whole system configuration is reasonable, information sharing, safe and reliable, greatly enhance the safety of the coal inclined lane railway locomotive transportation, improved the efficiency of command and productivity.
