ZJ型速凝浆液堵漏工具的应用

摘要

On the basis of conventional plugging methods analytical investigation, has developed the ZJ type quick setting slurry plug-ging tool. The tool is a new typed down-hole dual-fluid grouting tool based on the jet pump principle. Available specification has Φ54mm andΦ73mm, mainly used in small diameter diamond drilling to grout instant setting chemical slurry for quick plugging of severe leakage horizons. Production tests have shown:①The method can greatly improve plugging efficiency with high success rate.②Since it can control slurry instant setting, and large grouting quantity, thus solved better the fail problem because of slurry loss, can effectively plug the severe thief zone hard to plug by the use of common geological exploration cement and inert material at present, greatly short-ened plugging period.③Well mouth operation greatly simplified compared with various past dual-fluid grouting, need not to lift drill-ing tools after grouting, only wait a few minutes can through hole by original tools.④Low plugging cost, since it can effectively control slurry loss, thus needs few consumed material generally very, but karst caves.%在分析研究常规堵漏方法的基础上，研制成功了ZJ型速凝浆液堵漏工具。该工具是根据喷射泵原理设计成功的一种新型孔内双液注浆工具，现有Φ54mm和Φ73mm两种规格，主要用于小口径金刚石钻探中灌注瞬时凝固的化学浆液，重点解决严重漏失层位的快速封堵问题。生产试验表明：①这种堵漏方法可以大大提高堵漏工作效率，注浆成功率高；②由于可控制浆液瞬时凝固，且一次注浆量大，较好的解决了因浆液流失而导致失败的问题，能够有效封堵目前使用地勘水泥和惰性材料等难于封堵的一些严重漏失层，大幅度地缩短堵漏周期；③井口作业较之以往各种双液注浆方法大大简化，注浆后不用提钻，只需停候几分钟即可用原器具透孔；④堵漏成本低，由于能够有效地控制浆液流失，因而除了溶洞外，消耗的材料一般都很少。
